Doug Rushing founded Doug Rushing Realty in 1974 in Tylertown, Mississippi. Doug founded Doug Rushing Realty at that time with a laid-back Southern style of helping people and to this day Doug’s vision of helping people is how we approach your real estate needs. Doug touched many lives during his business career and mentored many young businessmen. Doug will always be missed but will always be remembered by the way that we handle your unique real estate needs, like a friend.

Originally from New Orleans, I’ve been working in real estate in the Southwest Mississippi area for 30 years. I moved to Southwest Mississippi when I was 15 years old. I can sense the clients’ pleasure of making that move up here because I am one of them. I think it’s wonderful to help people fill those needs and build dreams of being up here. I cover a wide radius from Hattiesburg to the east, the Mississippi River to the west, the neighboring Louisiana Parishes to the south, and as far north as Jackson. Jason Lee is a lifelong resident of Southwest Mississippi. Married to Lucie Lee with 3 children Lauren, Ray, and Julie. Jason has been in the real estate business for over 21 years with Doug Rushing Realty, Inc, and is currently an Associate Broker in the Tylertown Office. Prior to coming to Doug Rushing Realty, Jason was in management with a national retail corporation for 7 years. Jason is also a U.S. Navy veteran of 6 years after graduating from Walthall Academy in Tylertown in 1983. Jason has extensive knowledge in marketing and sales of various types of property including timberland investment, hunting/ recreational property, and residential sales.

Jacob Cantrell was born in McComb MS in 1983. Jacob is a graduate of the class of 2002 from Parklane Academy and went on to attend Southern Mississippi University. Jacob is fortunate enough to have been a part of the Rushing family since 1999 when my mother married Doug Rushing; making me Doug’s stepson. Having had the privilege to observe Doug’s work ethic and his desire to help people, I was convinced that working under his tutelage was where I wanted to be. In 2006, I received my licensure from the State of Mississippi to sell real estate and received a salespersons license from the State of Louisiana.  I have serviced Southwest Mississippi and Northeast Louisiana ever since and have worked diligently to build my credentials as a solid Mississippi and Louisiana real estate agent with an emphasis on land sales.  I’m honored to walk in the footsteps of not just a stepfather, but a mentor who has shaped the image of who I want to be.  I’ll walk that extra mile for you.

McNeil Mitchell is from Tylertown, Mississippi. McNeil has been a Mississippi realtor since 2002. While in high school and college McNeil never imagined that he would later enjoy a career in Mississippi Real Estate as much as he has enjoyed his here at Doug Rushing Realty. Max was born and raised right in Southwest Mississippi and is a graduate of Tylertown High School in Walthall County Mississippi.  Max made his living off the land his entire life.  Brought up in the cattle, farming, and construction business, Max became his own boss in 1980 and added a dairy operation in 1986.  In 2007, Max joined the Doug Rushing Realty team as a salesman.  Since then, Max has strived to further his education in the Mississippi Real Estate industry and has received his Brokers’ license as well as being licensed by the state of Louisiana.  Max’s history in the land business gives him a unique ability to understand what a Buyer is looking for and be able to match them up with the ideal Mississippi or Louisiana property.  It also enables him to help Sellers in determining the highest and best use for their property and price it accordingly.  Mississippi Homes, deer and turkey hunting camps, farmland, wooded and timberland have all contributed to his success in bringing new clients, referrals, and repeat business to Doug Rushing Realty.

Seth Touchstone is a graduate of Tylertown High School and attended Southwest Community College.  He has held his Realtor licensure in both Mississippi and Louisiana for 11 years, Seth has served as President of the Southwest Mississippi Board of Realtors, was selected as Realtor of the Year by fellow Realtors within the Southwest Board, and is a graduate of the Leadership Class of 2012 for the Mississippi Association of Realtors.  Presently, Seth is serving as Director on the board of the Mississippi Association of Realtors. He has also served as Director on the board of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. A dedicated family man who has been married to Mrs. Debbie Dunaway Touchstone for 44 years, a member and Deacon at Union Primitive Baptist Church, and a well-thought-of professional Realtor prepared to assist you in finding your perfect Residential, Farm, Hunting or Recreational property.

Dan was born and raised in McComb, Mississippi. He graduated from USM with a BSBA and managed a construction equipment rental company for several years before getting into real estate in 2013. My name is Blake Bridevaux, I am the son of Alan Bridevaux. As a kid growing up, it was not uncommon for me to spend the entire day with my dad (Alan Bridevaux) or my grandpa (Doug Rushing) showing or looking at land and houses all over Southwest Mississippi. I didn’t expect at that time that I would join the family real estate business but as I grew up I gained respect and enjoyment in seeing pictures of kids with the first deer they killed off of a tract of land they bought from my father or grandfather. Many great friendships for both of them came from clients they met in Mississippi Real Estate and growing up in the real estate business, I felt I would be a natural at it. I graduated from Parklane Academy in 2013 and went to a Southwest Community College in Summit, MS called Southwest Mississippi Community College and then later attended the University of Anchorage Alaska. After living so far from home and fending for myself I knew I wanted to get a job and buy a home for myself.
